Grandparents Day Celebration at Basanti Mahara Memorial The Mountain Kids!

We invited grandparents to school, and the kids had a blast with them! The event featured activities like ramp walk, dance competition, chair race, and singing competition, with medals awarded to the winners. The celebration wrapped up with a fun cake-cutting ceremony.

This event was a great opportunity for kids to learn the importance of respecting and valuing their elders, while creating beautiful memories with their grandparents. By hosting Grandparents Day, the school emphasized the significance of family bonds and intergenerational relationships. In today’s hectic world, we gave grandparents and kids a chance to reconnect and strengthen their bond.

On World Environment Day, at Basanti Mahara Memorial The Mountain Kids, students came together to make a difference. We planted trees in our school campus and created posters to spread awareness about the importance of protecting our environment.🌱

“Celebrating Victory & Divine Feminine Power!”

Basanti Mahara Memorial The Mountain Kids proudly presented a spectacular Dussehra & Ashtami Navmi celebration!

The festivities started with Kanya Poojan, honoring the divine feminine energy, followed by the distribution of sacred prasad.

Our talented young performers brought to life the epic journey of Lord Ram, from his exile (Vanvas) to his triumphant return as the King of Ayodhya.

May this auspicious occasion inspire courage, wisdom & positivity in our lives!

The students of Basanti Mahara Memorial The Mountain Kids school celebrated Shri Krishna Janmashtami with mirth and joy .
They came dressed in ethenic wear. The presentation depicted the varied images, portraying the life journey of Shri Krishna from Karagar to becoming the king of Mathura.

•The first image depicts the birth of Lord Krishna from Devki and Vasudev.
•The second picture shows Devki, Vasudev and Krishna surrounded by guards in the Karawas.
•In the third picture, Vasudev is crossing Yamuna with baby lord Krishna for a safe space at Gokul.
•The fourth ficture shows little Kanha with Yashoda Mata and Nand Ji who raised him.
•The fifth picture shows the king of Mathura lord Krishna cleaning the feet of his beloved friend Sudama who came to meet him.
•The last picture potrays ‘The Krishna Darbar’.

This celebration signifies excitement, euphoria, and a joyous spirit of enthrallment. Students truly communicated the message that "Every moment of life is worth a Celebration."

Today the whole nation is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas. Everyone is overwhelmed with pride, gratitude, and remembrance as we pay homage to the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the nation.

The students and staff of Basanti Mahara Memorial The Mountain Kids school came together to celebrate the vibrant Harela Festival with great enthusiasm and zeal. The festival, which marks the beginning of the monsoon season, was celebrated with exciting activities and events.

On the occasion of Harela plantation, poster making and spreading awareness about environment was held in the school. And students also participated in Fancy dress themed on traditional dress.
