Our Institute is Government Registered Institute.
It is a new Montessori teachers training program intended to make Montessori teacher education more effective and more accessible.
Our courses offer a careful balance between practice and theory. All our newly qualified teachers begin working life, confident in their professional skills, and able to meet the responsibility of nurturing young minds.
Montessori Teachers Training
Course is 6 months course
and E.C.E. is 1 year course.
THE COURSE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
An introduction to the background, philosophy and psychology of the Montessori Method of Education, including the study of:
1. The principles of child development;
2. The prepared environment;
3. The role of the Montessori teacher;
4. Class management and discipline.
Demonstrations on the following:
1. The presentation and use of the Montessori sensorial teaching materials. Exercises of practical life which provides the foundation for later intellectual work.
2. Use and preparation of materials in the Language, Math, Sciences, Cultural Studies.
3. Supervised individual practice in the proper use of materials.
