On the international woman day we are so excited to host the amazing Anna Karides for a wonderful Acroyoga Workshop 💖🤸🏼‍♂️

Open to all levels, this workshop offers a supportive space to explore the body and its unlimited potential and is performed in pairs or in groups.

The practice will start with a playful conditioning including assisted inversions, experimenting with going upside down with the support of each other.

We will then move on to a more restorative partner flow & therapeutic flying, a soothing practice to stretch out and lengthen our spine using gravity and thai massage techniques.

The proceeds of this workshop will be donated to WAG (Welfare of Animals Goa) as Anna visited their shelter the last time she was in India, and was inspired by their incredible work they do daily for animals.
