The Finomaniac is the Finance and Investments Club running by the alumni and the student bodies of Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences-Pilani,India to plough interest in Finance and Investments as an academic discipline as well as promote it as a career option of choice.The core ideology of The Finomaniac is to Explore, Fathom and Command in the context of the finance and the investments. The

Finomaniac also serves as a platform for increased visibility of the BITS campus within the financial services profession through increased student-industry interaction. The club’s activities cover a broad range of verticals within finance such as investment banking, securities, private equity, venture capital, retail banking, wealth management, insurance and microfinance. In terms of specific activities, The Finomaniac provides continuous guidance and counseling to the students regarding careers in finance and assists the student community in preparing for their recruitment interviews, summer internships and final job placements. Finomaniac also conducts workshops and speaker sessions wherein the students are provided with an opportunity to interact with reputed names from within the industry. Besides, as a representative of the BITS community within the international student community and within industry circles, The Finomaniac publishes finance-related newsletters, magazines, guidebooks and journals. The Finomaniac is also involved in organizing finance-related competitions and events, both on the national and international scale.

Message from the outgoing team of 2022-23:
'With heavy hearts, we bid adieu to Finomaniac. During our stint we performed several tasks, conducted various seminars and two of the events (Finalyst and Stockstorm) during Interface 2023 in association with Dept of Management, BITS Pilani. These endeavours not only helped us grow as future managers but also enhanced our personal growth rate. Challenges were a constant part during our stint and those played a crucial role in enhancing our skills.
We are glad to be associated with the legacy of Finomaniac and extend our gratitude towards the Department of Management and BITS Pilani for providing us with such opportunity.
At the same time we would like to extend our heartiest wishes to the incoming team of 2023-24. All the best guys.
