We are delighted to announce that Prof. Krishnamurthy Bindumadhavan has assumed charge as Dean (Institute-wide), Career Advancement and Practice School (CAPS).

A leader who bridges academia and industry, Prof. Bindumadhavan brings over a decade of academic leadership at BITS Pilani, most recently serving as Associate Dean of the Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP). During his tenure, he shaped curriculum strategy and drove programme growth across the institute.

He also founded the Centre for Education Research and Innovation (CERI) and the AI Lab for Education Innovation, work that earned the IMC Gold Award for Excellence in Management Education 2025.

Before academia, he spent 15+ years in international banking, including 8 years with Capital One, where he co-invented three US patents in credit-risk management.

Congratulations, Prof. Bindumadhavan, we wish him all the best in his future endeavours!

Our Chief Guest, Ms. Revathi Advaithi (Batch of 1986), CEO of Flex, inspired the graduating class and announced a US$1 million endowment to support women’s education at BITS Pilani.
