Students of Class 1 participated in huddling hoop exploration with Catch Sports .Involvement in sports and physical activity has lifelong benefits. Students derive benefits from greater cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance, decreased body fat and improved coordination. Evidence is consistent in demonstrating that exercise, especially among students, it improves cognitive development . In addition to it, participating in Catch sports helps to create social benefits. It fosters friendships and a chance to directly see improvement in skills that can increase a person’s confidence.
This drill makes the kids enjoy more and beyond !

Our school had organized 'Transport safety and Awareness Programme' on 31st March 2022 for students at our school premises.
Students were taught basic traffic rules, how to travel safely and other safety measures concerned.

Students were educated on traffic signs and their meaning.
Some of the instructions were as follows:
Whenever there is a sign of speed limit, hospital or school we should slow down our vehicle.
Do not park in restricted area, entry or an exit point.
Do not cross your lane while driving.
Follow the heavy, medium, light vehicle division lane accordingly. Do not overtake.
Wear helmet and fasten your seat belt while driving.
If everyone of us follow the traffic norms properly, safety is always ensured.

Students of Class 3 participated in parachute drill activity which energizes them with power and great flow. Activities like this enable students to use excess energy. Shaking the Rug and Making Waves: Shaking the Rug involves rapid movements of the parachute, either light or heavy. Making Waves involves large movements to send billows of cloth up and down. Chute Crawl Half of the class, either standing or kneeling, stretch the chute at waist level parallel to the ground. The remaining children crawl under the chute to the opposite side from their starting position.
This is a fun activity with great creativity!

Students along with the staff went on a special Industry Visit to Eicher showroom and services, which is one of the most famous vehicle body building companies in India. The main objective behind the visit was to introduce the students to have the real time automobile world Garage and Mechanics performing various day-to- day functions of basic servicing and maintenance but also understanding other related operations and functioning of a garage for goods vehicles and school Vehicles. Students were exposed to the place of automobile and gathered a great deal of knowledge about it.
