Wood Blossom School’s Interact Club has been at the forefront of numerous community service initiatives throughout the year. Interact is a student-led organization sponsored by Rotary International, dedicated to fostering leadership, service, and global citizenship among young people.
The academic year 2025–26 was particularly noteworthy, with our student, Gurveen Kaur, serving as the District Interact Representative for District 3070, which encompasses Interact Clubs across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. Under the guidance of Ms. Avneet Kaur, the club achieved several milestones, with many of our students also being selected to serve on the District Interact Team.
Continuing this proud legacy, the academic year 2026–27 has begun on a high note with Ms. Tanishreet Kaur being elected as the District Secretary for District 3070.
Our students’ commitment to meaningful service has also earned international recognition. Several of their projects and articles have been featured in global publications. Notably, our initiative, Plastic to Purpose, has been selected among 100 projects from 100 countries, giving our students the opportunity to represent India on the world stage.
The attached newsletter provides a glimpse into the impactful projects and activities undertaken by our Interact Club during the year. We invite you to explore and celebrate the remarkable achievements of our students.
