One day awareness programme/mock drill was conducted by SDRF at Govt. HSS Palhallan today on 27/12/2025 to raise awareness build confidence during emergencies. Preparation is key for a coordinated response in an emergency. By participating in these exercises, we not only validate our plans but also build confidence in our ability to respond during actual emergencies. Mock drills are essential to prepare local communities to best respond during an emergency and are key instruments for testing the workability of any emergency response plan.Mock drills aim to ensure readiness, improve collaboration, and build public confidence for effective emergency response.

Constitution Day (Samvidhan Diwas) was celebrated on November 26 at HSS Palhallan to mark the adoption of the Constitution of India in 1949 . The 2025 theme is "Hamara Samvidhan – Hamara Swabhiman" ("Our Constitution – Our Pride").

📢 Attention Students!
The final examination result of 9th class will be declared on 30th October 2025. All students are informed to attend the school on that day to receive their results.
Please note that new classes will commence from 1st November 2025. Make sure to be present and punctual as we begin a new academic session filled with learning and excitement.

"Education is a tripolar process where the teachers and parents put a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning for the children. Keeping the tradition of intellectual obligation intact and alive our institution organised a Parent Teacher Meet today on 20-08-25 in the school campus.The meeting was presided over by the Vice Principal, Mr. Tariq Ahmad Wani. The meeting was attended by SMDC members, Civil society members, retired professionals and parents of the children. The session was really appreciating as the parents preferred to attend the school for their children.
The Vice Principal along with the staff members valued parents concerns, by sharing with them, the academic excellence, spiritual growth, character improvement and behavioural refinement of the children.
Every opportunity was provided to the parents to deliberate on the issues pertaining to parenting during this age of stress,in a democratic and more humane way.

Farewell and Best Wishes to Our Esteemed Principal, Mr. Sajad Ahmad Lone

Today, with a mix of gratitude and emotion, we bid farewell to our beloved Principal, Mr. Sajad Ahmad Lone, as he embarks on a new chapter at HSS Rohama.

During his time with us, Mr. Lone’s dedication, honesty, and leadership left an indelible mark on our school. His unwavering commitment to nurturing students, supporting staff, and fostering an environment of growth and learning has been truly inspirational. He not only led by example but also showed us the power of integrity and hard work in achieving excellence.

As the great Nelson Mandela said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Mr. Lone exemplified this truth, using education as a tool to empower everyone in our school community.

We are immensely grateful for all that you have done for us, sir. Your legacy will continue to guide and inspire us.
