Bluetooth 2.X And 4.X......

Bluetooth technology comes in 1994.
Bluetooth is a wireless technology standard for exchanging data over short distance from fixed and mobile devices and building personal area network.Uses short-wavelength UHF radio waves (ISM).Band from 2.4 GHz to 2.485 GHz.
Bluetooth different versions:-
ex:-v2.0,v2.1,v3.0,v4.0,v4.1......

Bluetooth 2.x :- This version introduces the optional enhance data rate (EDR) capability.easier to pair different devices even from different manufacturer.with basic data rate up to 1Mbps plus EDR have a theoretical maximum data rate up to 3Mbps .

Bluetooth 4.x :- This version introduces support for collecting data from very low power devices.Also named BLE (Bluetooth low energy).
it supports basic rate plus three optional features like EDR,High Speed and LE.
