Career Success is an educational center located in a small town named Bihta near the city Patna, the capital of Bihar. It aims at offering overall quality education to the students in rural Bihar, keeping the subjects of Physics, Chemistry & English in the core. Mission & Vision: The idea of establishing Career Success institute came into existence when one day Engg Sanjeev Kumar, a Computer Scien
ce graduate and an MBA student while crossing Bihta Railway bridge observed hundreds of cycle parked near the railway station and students rushing to catch the local train to Patna. The clock struck 4:00 A.M at that time. Further he observed the same scenario at Sadisopur station, which is nearby Bihta. When he inquired among the locals, he came across a hard fact that due to lack of quality education in Bihta, the students who want to accomplish something in their life had no other option than making a round trip to Patna daily. And the same condition was among the students in Maner, a town next to Bihta and in all other nearby villages. Triggered by this fact, he held a discussion with his intellectual friends namely, Pranav Kumar, Pravin Kumar and Kundan Kumar and decided to establish a coaching center in a prime location of Bihta with a motive of providing quality education to the students residing in rural Bihar within a quite nominal fee structure. Here the students are trained to compete the crowd of big cities. We concentrate on 8 pillars towards success which are as follows:

At Career Success we work upon developing the skills after recognizing the area of interest and passion of the students and also upon total personality development. As a part of our social responsibilities, we would offer free education to two students from each village in the vicinity after analyzing his family economic condition. Further plans are to organize awareness programs in the nearby villages to arouse the feeling of right to education among the rural population and also to promote technical education by imparting computer education. An activist whose hobbies are reading, writing and teaching. An expert in the subject of English who carries various aspects in his personality, has worked as an Officer on Special Duty(OSD) to the MLA, 21, Dhaka Assembly Seat, Government of Bihar and Ex-Spokesperson at The Indian Student Parliament (Bhartiya Chhatra Sansad) for the State of Bihar. As a social crusader he has volunteered for the Students' Oxygen movement as a coordinator which is active in the state of Bihar and Delhi working for making Education the biggest issue. He used to give free English Classes to the students coming from the under privileged sections of our society and also working with Green saver and Welfare which is active in the city Patna from last 5 years trying to make our city a better place to live in. Also awakening the society against the evils and injustice through street plays by his own created social community Pratibimb. He has even worked in a hindi feature film "Biharism-A Fight With Identity", a movie based on the issue of rascism the Biharis have to face. Besides all these, he has been recognized as a social communicator, who is known as a straight-forward speaker on social issues and as a motivator who ignites young minds with his vibrant speeches. As a writer, he is currently working on his upcoming novel "I am an Engineer". Early Life :
Did his schooling from the renowned and best school of Patna, Don Bosco Academy. Completed his Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from SDM CET, Dharwad and further worked for MEWSPL, Haryana as a Project Engineer but finally, his lust to bring back the lost glory of Bihar through education guided him to this place.
