Celebrating the Spirit of Freedom! 🇮🇳

Our little Goenkans celebrated Independence Day with immense pride, enthusiasm and patriotic spirit!

The celebration beautifully unfolded with the Flag Hoisting and National Anthem, followed by vibrant patriotic dances, a soulful group song, inspiring one-liners on Freedom Fighters, and thoughtful messages on being Responsible Citizens.

The young learners showcased confidence, teamwork and love for our nation through their wonderful performances.

A heartfelt salute to our brave freedom fighters and to the values of unity, responsibility and patriotism that guide our young citizens.

Friendship Day Celebration

Our Pre- Primary children celebrated Friendship Day with great joy and enthusiasm. The little ones showed their love and affection by hugging each other, playing together, and sharing beautiful moments with their friends. Their innocent smiles, laughter, and caring gestures truly reflected the beautiful spirit of friendship. It was a lovely day filled with love, laughter, togetherness, and unforgettable memories! 💕🤗🌈

SMART SHOPPING, HAPPY LEARNING!

Our little Goenkans stepped into the exciting world of Smart Grocery Shopping through a fun and engaging pretend-play activity!

With their shopping carts in hand, our young learners explored different sections of a grocery store, identified fruits, vegetables, dairy products, cereals, snacks, drinks and household essentials, and enjoyed choosing items just like real shoppers.

The activity also introduced children to financial literacy in a simple and meaningful way. They learnt about money, making choices, budgeting, spending wisely, and understanding why financial literacy is important in everyday life.

Through collaboration and communication, children shared ideas, took turns, interacted with their peers and developed decision-making, counting, classification, communication and practical life skills.

A joyful experience where play met real-life learning!

Pouring and Transferring is a practical life activity in Montessori education that helps children develop concentration, coordination, independence and fine-motor control. The child learns to carefully transfer materials such as water, grains, beans or pom-poms from one container to another using hands, spoons, tongs, jugs or cups.

Benefits: -

Strengthens fine-motor muscles and grip.

2.Improves concentration and attention span.
