The National Conference AISDTBM–2026 at BIT Mesra – Patna Campus witnessed an intellectually enriching and highly engaging full-day academic journey.

🎓 AISDTBM–2026 Successfully Organized at BIT Mesra, Patna Campus
The Department of Management, BIT Patna, successfully hosted the National Conference on AI, Sustainability and Digital Transformation in Business and Management (AISDTBM–2026) on 20 April 2026.
The conference was graced by Prof. (Dr.) N. K. Agarwal as Chief Guest and Shri Jitendra Singh Gangwar as Guest of Honour, under the patronage of Prof. (Dr.) Indranil Manna and chairmanship of Dr. Dheeresh Kumar Mallick.
Convened by Dr. Vijay Agarwal and DrMonika Singh , the event brought together academicians, industry experts, and students for meaningful discussions on AI-driven transformation, sustainability, and innovation.

The Department of Management organized an academic and industry exposure visit to Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) as part of its experiential learning initiative for students.
During the visit, students were given an in-depth overview of IOCL’s operations, including supply chain management, refining processes, and sustainability practices. The officials at IOCL shared valuable insights into industry best practices, technological advancements, and the role of innovation in enhancing operational efficiency.
The interaction provided students with a practical understanding of theoretical concepts related to logistics, green supply chain management, and energy sustainability. The visit also emphasized the importance of environmental responsibility and corporate governance in large public sector enterprises.
The faculty coordinators expressed their gratitude to IOCL officials for their support and for facilitating an enriching learning experience. Such initiatives aim to bridge the gap between academia and industry, preparing students for real-world business challenges.
