Karen's Secondary School was established in 1990 by the Anglo-Indian couple of Mr & Mrs D.P. Galstaun in the city of Patna, India. Since then it has emerged as a powerful education hub of Patna. The school is amongst the best schools of Bihar. It is situated in the serene area of Gola Road, Danapur. The School has the distinction of being affiliated to both the Central Board of Secondary Education

(CBSE) & the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE). Phillip Vincente D'Souza was the first principal of St. Karen's Secondary School (C.B.S.E.- branch) from its inception until December 2001. Llewllyn Galstaun took incharge of it. The new building is situated on the Khagaul road, near Danapur railway station. Now,the Principal is Mr.Kuriyanchanhan kuriyakose. True to its purpose and motive, that honesty and perseverance are the essentials for progress and prosperity, St. Karen’s Secondary School motto is:
