First take Electrical vehicle ( runs on battery) like this type.

Some copper coil of large turn fix at the lower part of vehicle
And
You have to make track road on which at the level of the road powerful magnet is fix, so that when the vehicle moves on this road the magnetic flux change on the coil that's why current (ac) produce on tha the coil. here use rectifier and change into dc (used for charging the battery).

However you speed up the vehicle the battery is charge more.

Why transformer vibrate to make noise?

Firstly we know that current carring wire (or any conductor) make magnetic field around it.

Transformer, alternating current (AC) is supplied. And AC is sinusoidal so the magnetic field formed is also vary from zero to maximum or maximum to zero or there is core that provide path the magnetic field to flow. Here the coil is magnetised or demagnetized due to this core also magnetised or demagnetized. Due to magnetisation or demagnetized of core, core expand or constract that's why transformer vibrate or make sound.

Why the bulb is filled with inert gas?

Inert gas (argon or nitrogen) is filled, this is why because of inert gas slow down the evaporation of tungsten filament compared to operating in vaccum

Inert gas also give the path way to comes out heat from the bulb.

Why the bulb is fully packed?

If air enters the bulb, get fused because of oxygen, filament Will be damage (burnt) at any point that is countinuity is open.

We know that nothing will burn without oxygen. So here oxygen is prohibited.
