We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Admission Counselor to join our Patna branch. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students through the entire admission process, providing expert advice on our retail management programs, and helping them make informed decisions to shape their careers in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to connect with students and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide detailed information to prospective students about our retail management programs, admission requirements, and placement assistance opportunities.
- Conduct counseling sessions with students and parents to help them understand the benefits of a retail management career and choose the right course.
- Assist students with the application process, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of documents and forms.
- Participate in admission drives, webinars, career fairs, and other events to recruit prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and applications.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, email, or in person, ensuring high levels of engagement and follow-up.
- Collaborate with academic departments and the marketing team to stay informed about course offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the institute.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in education, counseling, or a related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in admission counseling, student advising, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students and their families.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with the Indian education system and admission processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
