**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide detailed information to prospective students about our retail management programs, admission requirements, and placement assistance opportunities.
- Conduct counseling sessions with students and parents to help them understand the benefits of a retail management career and choose the right course.
- Assist students with the application process, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of documents and forms.
- Participate in admission drives, webinars, career fairs, and other events to recruit prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and applications.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, email, or in person, ensuring high levels of engagement and follow-up.
- Collaborate with academic departments and the marketing team to stay informed about course offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the institute.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- BachelorтАЩs degree in any discipline (preferably in education, counseling, or a related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in admission counseling, student advising, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students and their families.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with the Indian education system and admission processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
