प्रमुख नियम बदलाव
दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन (Document Verification): अब 'फ्लोट' (बेहतर सीट चाहने वाले) विकल्प चुनने वाले छात्रों का दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन ऑनलाइन होगा।
कॉलेज रिपोर्टिंग: केवल 'फ्रीज' विकल्प (मिली हुई सीट पर ही दाखिला लेने वाले) चुनने वाले छात्रों को ही अंतिम प्रवेश के लिए कॉलेज जाना होगा।
शैक्षणिक सत्र: नया शैक्षणिक सत्र 8 सितंबर से शुरू होगा।

विशेष नोट: नाम या माता-पिता के नाम की स्पेलिंग में अंतर होने पर नोटरी से सत्यापित शपथ पत्र साथ रखें।
प्रमुख संस्थान और उनके खास नियम
AIIMS: सभी AIIMS की 100% सीटों की काउंसलिंग MCC करेगा। 12वीं में PCB+इंग्लिश में सामान्य/OBC- 60%, SC/ST- 50%, PwBD- 45% अंक जरूरी हैं। न्यूनतम आयु 17 वर्ष (31 दिसंबर तक) होनी चाहिए।
JIPMER (पुदुचेरी/कराईकल): पुदुचेरी डोमिसाइल सीटों का लाभ केवल पात्र स्थानीय छात्रों या वहां निर्धारित अवधि तक रहने/पढ़ने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को मिलेगा।
दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय: 85% दिल्ली स्टेट कोटा केवल उन छात्रों के लिए है जिन्होंने 11वीं और 12वीं दिल्ली के मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल से नियमित रूप से पास की हो। C.W. श्रेणी को आरक्षण मिलेगा।
जामिया मिल्लिया इस्लामिया: BDS की सीटों में मुस्लिम, मुस्लिम महिला, मुस्लिम OBC, मुस्लिम ST और इंटरनल छात्रों के लिए अलग कोटा है। इंटरनल कोटा केवल नियमित छात्रों को मिलेगा।
अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम यूनिवर्सिटी: ओपन सीटों पर कोई आरक्षण नहीं, केवल PwBD को 5% क्षैतिज आरक्षण है। इंटरनल कोटा केवल AMU के नियमित छात्रों के लिए है।
बनारस हिंदू विश्वविद्यालय: सभी सीटें डोमिसाइल-फ्री हैं। B.Sc. नर्सिंग में आयु 17-25 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। सीटों में 80% छात्राओं और 20% छात्रों के लिए हैं। विदेशी छात्रों के लिए 5 अतिरिक्त सीटें हैं।
सशस्त्र बल मेडिकल कॉलेज (AFMC): MCC केवल रजिस्ट्रेशन करेगा। अंतिम चयन AFMC अपने मेडिकल और फिजिकल टेस्ट के आधार पर करेगा।
ESIC: इंश्योर्ड पर्सन कोटा की सीटों के लिए ESIC का वैध 'बोर्ड ऑफ इंश्योर्ड पर्सन' प्रमाणपत्र अनिवार्य है।
B.Sc. नर्सिंग (केंद्रीय संस्थान): प्रवेश और पात्रता के नियम BDS के समान होंगे और भारतीय नर्सिंग परिषद के मानकों के अनुसार लागू होंगे।

नीट परीक्षा परिणामों में अनियमितताएं और विवाद
नीट यूजी-2026 के परिणामों को लेकर गंभीर विवाद सामने आया है, जहाँ छात्रों की ओएमआर शीट और जारी की गई मार्कशीट के अंकों में भारी अंतर पाया गया है।

मुख्य बिंदु:

• अंकों में बड़ा अंतर: कई छात्रों के अंकों में 15 से लेकर 600 तक की कमी देखी गई है, जिससे जो छात्र परीक्षा पास कर रहे थे, वे अब क्वालीफाई भी नहीं कर पा रहे हैं।

• विवाद का कारण: विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि एनटीए द्वारा फाइनल आंसर-की जारी करने के महज 3-4 घंटे बाद ही रिजल्ट घोषित कर देने से तकनीकी 'मैपिंग एरर' की संभावना बढ़ गई है, जहाँ सॉफ्टवेयर ने गलत प्रश्न पुस्तिका (बुकलेट) के साथ उत्तरों का मिलान कर दिया है।

• छात्रों के उदाहरण:

• प्रतिभा त्रिवेदी: ओएमआर गणना 638, प्राप्त अंक 38, अंतर 600।

• लक्ष्य सिंह: ओएमआर गणना 660, प्राप्त अंक 116, अंतर 544।

• शैलेश नारायण: ओएमआर गणना 360, प्राप्त अंक 346।

• हरियाणा का मामला: छात्र मुकुल काजल का स्कोरकार्ड 17 जुलाई को 605/720 था, जो 18 जुलाई को घटकर 60/720 हो गया, जबकि ओएमआर और आंसर-की के अनुसार उनका स्कोर 605 ही बनता है।

वर्तमान स्थिति:

• छात्र और अभिभावक इसे एनटीए की बड़ी लापरवाही मान रहे हैं।

• पारदर्शिता की कमी और रिजल्ट में गड़बड़ी के कारण कई लोग अब न्याय के लिए हाईकोर्ट जाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।

Re-exam: NTA issues OMR response sheets at neet.nta.nic.in
The provisional answer key was released on June 25, and the candidates are given a three-day window to review it and raise any challenges. Candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 200 for each question challenged. However, this amount is not refundable, even if the challenge is accepted.

Steps to Check NEET UG 2025 Provisional Answer Key
Step 1: Go to the NTA NEET UG website – neet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Open the window showing the option related to the provisional answer key challenge

Step 3: You need to enter your application number and date of birth to log in

Step 4: Check the provisional answer key carefully, and if you find any mistakes, proceed to raise your objections

The challenges will be reviewed by the expert committee, based on which the final answer key will be released within a few days. Candidates raising objections will not be informed whether their challenge is accepted or rejected. They have to check the final answer key to determine whether the question is dropped or not.
