Mr. Sandeep Tiwari (Ph.D. candidate at NIT Patna) has become Dr. Sandeep Tiwari yesterday. Dr. Chetan Hirwani and myself are his Ph.D. supervisors. We are thankful to all anonymous examiners and reviewers. We are also thankful to Prof. Qasim Murtaza, DTU Delhi for being the external expert of Open Ph.D. Viva-Voce examination on 01 September 2023 at Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Patna in a very short period of time. Dr. Sandeep Tiwari is my 4th Ph.D. student. I am grateful to Dr. Chetan Kumar Hirwani (Assistant Professor, NIT Patna) for outstanding efforts and care. I wish Dr. Sandeep Tiwari a successful and bright future ahead.

2 regions of Italy took different approaches to fighting the coronavirus. Their results show that widespread testing and early social distancing really work. A region of Italy that took earlier and more aggressive measures to fight the novel coronavirus is now seeing fewer cases.
