The Core founding members of the organization come from very highly educated and experience background. The founding members include Senior Retired IAS, IPS and Vice Chancellors and ex-Bankers. These members form the core committee looking after the quality of the education and training imparted to students. At IBC we constantly strive for excellence in education. The Director of the organization is himself an ex-Banker and is reachable to all students on a daily basis.
