At Alay Fatima Hai College of Nursing, Patna, we celebrated Independence Day with great joy, pride, and enthusiasm.
We were honored to have Dr. Ahmad Abdul Hai Sir, President of Hai Foundation and Owner of Paras HMRI Hospital, as the Chief Guest. He delivered a powerful and inspiring speech highlighting the sacrifices of our great freedom fighters and reminding us of our duty as responsible citizens to carry forward their vision with unity, hard work, and dedication. ๐

๐ซ Anti-Ragging Day Celebration | 12th August 2025 ๐ซ
๐ Alay Fatima Hai College of Nursing, Paras HMRI Hospital Campus, Patna
On 12th August 2025, we proudly celebrated Anti-Ragging Day with a mission to spread awareness and strengthen our commitment to a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus.
๐ Highlights of the Day
Inaugural Address: Dr. Mohamid Abdul Hai, Member of Hai Foundation & Renowned Surgeon, spoke on the legal, social, and emotional consequences of ragging.
Experience Sharing: Dr. Rana N.K. Singh, Chief Coordinator, shared real-life insights on the harm ragging causes and the importance of mutual respect.
Special Presence: Dr. Haider Abbas Kasmi appreciated our proactive anti-ragging initiatives.
Student Engagement: Poster Competition ๐ & Quiz Competition โ led by Ms. Heena Parween, which inspired creativity and awareness.
Closing Words: Prof. Dhamodaran K.P., Principal, congratulated winners and reaffirmed our Zero Tolerance Policy against ragging.
๐ก Message to All Students: Ragging is banned by law and causes severe mental & emotional harm. Letโs replace fear with friendship, intimidation with mentorship, and harassment with respect.

Proud Moment for Our Students! ๐
Under the esteemed guidance of Honโble Health Minister Shri Mangal Pandey Ji, and in collaboration with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council (BNRC), Patna, and the Health Department, Government of Bihar, our students had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the Health Mela held on 12th July 2025.
During the event, our students actively took part in health check-ups, explored various informative stalls set up by NGOs and government departments, and gained valuable insights and practical exposure.
We thank the Government of Bihar for this enriching opportunity that contributed greatly to our students' learning and professional development. ๐

๐ฉบ Basic Life Support (BLS) Workshop ๐
On 05 July 2025, Alay Fatima Hai College of Nursing successfully organized a practical and impactful Workshop on Basic Life Support (BLS) as part of the academic curriculum.
We were honored to welcome Dr. Md Shehzada, a renowned Consultant in Neuro-Critical Care, as the Resource Person. His expert demonstration and engaging session equipped our students with essential life-saving skills and boosted their clinical confidence.

Alay Fatima Hai College of Nursing came together for a heartfelt Iftar celebration, embracing the spirit of togetherness, gratitude, and unity. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of our Respected President of Hai Foundation, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Hai Sir, Secretary Mr. Mohammad Qaseem Raza Sir, Treasurer Mrs. Amina Mohammad Ejaz Jamil Madam, and Member Hai Foundation cm Surgeon, Paras HMRI Hospital, Dr. Mohamid Abdul Hai Sir.
Our Principal, Prof. Dhamodaran KP, Vice Principal, Prof. Abdul Rahman Machingal, Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Niraj Kumar Vedpuria (Paras HMRI Hospital), along with nursing faculties, office staff, First Batch and Second Batch BSc Nursing students, joined in to make the occasion truly special.

๐ Exciting News from Alay Fatima Hai College of Nursing, Patna! ๐
We are thrilled to announce that our college is now officially affiliated with the Indian Nursing Council. The inspection on March 3rd and 4th, 2025, went exceptionally well, and we have been granted an affiliation for 60 seats for our B.Sc. Nursing program for the upcoming academic session 2025-2026.
We are immensely grateful to God Almighty for His endless blessings, and a heartfelt thank you to all the Hai Foundation Members for making this achievement possible. Here's to shaping a brighter future in nursing education!

๐ข Project Pragati: A Learning Experience for Our Students! ๐
As part of Project Pragati, an initiative by Kedmann Skilled India and Honda Cares, our students had an enriching visit to the Honda Store, Patna. They interacted with Honda officials through a webinar and engaged directly with the showroom staff, gaining valuable insights into the automotive industry.
A highlight of the visit was exploring the Honda Service Area, where students observed real-time vehicle servicing and learned about industry practices. Our faculty also took this opportunity to emphasize the importance of helmet use in preventing fractures and reducing the risk of occupational hazards.
Teachers Prof. Abdul Rahman Machingal (Vice Principal), Ms. Ambreen Parwez, and Ms. Sandhya Kumari (Nursing Tutors) were present during the session, guiding and supporting the students throughout the experience.
Such experiences help bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application, empowering our students for a brighter future! ๐
