One of NDA’s greatest initiative, Julie school, is a ray of hope for those underprivileged children who deserve to be one of us . Started with minimum resources , it has today grown into large school with 450 students attached to main branch of Notre Dame Academy Patna . Moral values are always stressed . The children are taught English , Hindi, Mathematics ,Science ,Social science Computer Scienc

e (foundation of I T) and G.K in the higher classes .The needs of Julie school are met by student’s parents and well-wishersof NDA Patna. Julie School organizes cultural activities to help children tap their hidden potential. Under the able guidance of their headmistress, Sr. Mary Pavana, there is a consistent effort to bring improvement in their life and quicken the process of their integration into the mainstream of society. The education imparted (till VII) here creates awareness in them and makes them responsible citizen .It has been observed that after completing their education from Julie school , most of them have been absorbed in good schools for higher studies and they are capable of leading dignified life today.

We are happy to inform you that Julie School will be celebrating its Silver Jubilee in December, 2012. In consonance with our priority to reach out to the poor, Sisters of Notre Dame started Julie School in 1988. From an evening non-formal school, it has become a formal school consisting of 450 students from UKG to class VII. After completing class VII, some of them continue their studies at Hartmann Girls’ High School or any other school of their choice. We gratefully acknowledge the contributions made by the parents of Notre Dame Academy and other well –wishers, to meet the various needs of Julie School over the past 25 years.

To commemorate its 25th Anniversary, Julie school will be presenting a variety entertainment program for the parents and well-wishers of the School on 15December, 2012. A special Silver Jubilee Souvenir will be published in December highlighting the milestones of the school.

We have always received immense support and co-operation from you in all our endeavors and we look forward for the same. Your generous contribution towards the Jubilee celebrations and the continued education of these girls will be highly appreciated.
