Students at King Sejong Institute Patna learned about Korean Maedeup or Traditional Korean Knot-Making especially Dorae Knots [도래 매듭] where the front and back must look identical Xs. They learned about the history and the knot-making process.

They learned how to make beautiful Maedeup Bracelets inspired by K-Pop Demon Hunters full of colour using Madeup Knot Making Techniques.

Prof. (Dr.) Ratna Amrit, Principal, A. N. College, Patna, was the Chief Guest along with the Guest of Honour Dr. Abhishek Dutta, Bursar, A. N. College, Patna.

King Sejong Institute Patna Celebrated the 2026 K-Pop Fest in collaboration with A. N. College, Patna, at Bapu Tower, Patna, Saturday, 1st August 2026.

The program saw both folk and modern performances celebrating and promoting the culture of South Korea by the faculty and students.

Aavrity Komal, ⁠Ananya Sharma, ⁠Angel Khatri, ⁠Arti Kumari, ⁠Arunima Mallick, ⁠Bhoomika Shresth, ⁠Grace Mathew, ⁠Khushi Gupta, ⁠Nikita and ⁠Rishika Pranjal, students of King Sejong Institute Patna, performed ‘Eoneu Sangol Sonyeoe Sarang Iyagi’, a Korean folk song.

The later half saw six finalists of the K-Pop Fest, Aditi Priya (Solo), Divyanshi and Jiya (Duo), Kangana Kumari (Solo), Manaswini and Shaurya (Duo), Mo:MaYa (Group) and Priya Kumari (Solo) give their final performances competing for first, second and third places.

The K-Pop Club, who flew in from South Korea, performed dances.

The 2024 K-Pop Fest Champions Chitra, Kritika and Purwa performed with their team namely, Aarohi, Aradhya, Ananya, Chitra, Kaushiki, Kanisha, Kritika, Pihu, Prince, and Raghav.
