हम, भारत के जिम्मेदार नागरिक,
आज पूरे दिल से यह संकल्प लेते हैं कि—

🌿 हम अपनी धरती माँ की रक्षा करेंगे,
🌿 प्रकृति का सम्मान करेंगे,
🌿 और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए एक स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित और हराभरा भारत बनाएंगे।

हम वादा करते हैं कि—
👉 हर खुशी के अवसर पर एक पेड़ अवश्य लगाएंगे
चाहे वह
🎂 जन्मदिन हो,
💍 शादी हो,
🎉 सालगिरह हो,
📚 सफलता का कोई भी पल हो,
या जीवन का कोई भी खास दिन…

🌱 हर खुशी = एक पेड़
यही हमारा राष्ट्रीय संस्कार बनेगा।

हम यह भी संकल्प लेते हैं कि—
🌍 लगाए गए हर पौधों की देखभाल करेंगे,
🌍 जल, वायु और मिट्टी को प्रदूषण से बचाएंगे,
🌍 प्लास्टिक का कम उपयोग करेंगे,
🌍 और दूसरों को भी इस अभियान से जोड़ेंगे।

🙏 यह संकल्प हम बिभाकर कुमार जी के प्रेरणादायक मार्गदर्शन में लेते हैं,
और वादा करते हैं कि इसे केवल शब्दों तक सीमित नहीं रखेंगे,
बल्कि अपने कर्मों से इसे साकार करेंगे।

💔 हम जानते हैं कि अगर आज हमने प्रकृति की रक्षा नहीं की,
तो कल हमारी आने वाली पीढ़ियों को इसके गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने पड़ेंगे…

ICAR is continuously and steadily putting efforts to ensure quality agricultural higher education for cultivating future-ready skilled human capital in the country.

ICAR recommends that private agricultural colleges without ICAR accreditation should not be supported, in order to maintain the quality of agricultural education in the country.

As reported in a recent news article, the Government of Gujarat has decided to bar private agriculture colleges that do not have ICAR accreditation from conducting fresh admissions from the upcoming academic year. ICAR is pleased to note that Gujarat is among the first states to strictly implement ICAR accreditation norms for private agricultural institutions.
