Learning is sweeter when mixed with summer fruits and fun crafts

The Pre-Primary Wing conducted a fun-filled Summer Craft Activity "Fun Fruits" for the little learners. The tiny tots enthusiastically participated in creating colorful fruit crafts using vibrant papers and creative materials.

Children made beautiful crafts of watermelon, mango, pineapple, strawberry, and other summer fruits, making the activity exciting and enjoyable.

The activity helped the children learn about healthy summer fruits while enhancing their creativity, imagination, and fine motor skills. The classrooms were filled with joy, laughter, and bright artwork created by the young artists.

The cheerful participation and smiling faces of the little ones made the activity a memorable learning experience. It was truly a delightful blend of fun, creativity, and learning.

Mr. Mukesh Kumar Appointed Manager, Bihar Fencing Team

Mr. Mukesh Kumar from our Sports Department has been appointed Manager of the Bihar Fencing Team for the 21st Cadet National Fencing Championship 2026-27, 23–28 May at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.

His expertise will bring immense value and inspiration to our LVS fencers.

Champions Rise Through Teamwork & Grit!

The Litera Valley School Interhouse Cricket Tournament for Classes 6-8 was held on Saturday, 16th May, with unmatched energy and sportsmanship!

Semi-Final 1: Agni House set 70 runs as the target & defended it to beat Prithvi House.
Semi-Final 2: Aakash House smashed 130 runs & won by 79 runs vs Dhanush House.

Man of the Match: Rishabh & Yuraj

Final: Aakash House posted 92 runs and held strong to beat Agni House and lift the trophy!

"टैगोर की रचनाएँ – शब्दों में जीवन का संगीत"

लिटेरा वैली स्कूल, पटना के सभागार में टैगोर जयंती के उपलक्ष में, हिंदी विभाग द्वारा सत्र 2026-27 के अंतर्गत "टैगोर की रचनाएँ – कहानी सुनाना, वर्णन करना और कविता पाठ" गतिविधि का भव्य आयोजन किया गया।

इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य छात्रों को गुरुदेव रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर की अमर कृतियों से परिचित कराना और हिंदी भाषा के माध्यम से उनकी आध्यात्मिकता, मानवता एवं सामाजिक चेतना को जीवंत करना था।

कार्यक्रम में छात्रों ने गीतांजलि की कविताओं, काबुलीवाला, डाकिया जैसी कहानियों तथा शांतिनिकेतन के वर्णन की भावपूर्ण प्रस्तुतियाँ दीं। इस अवसर पर टैगोर के प्रसिद्ध नाटक "चांडालिका" का लघु मंचन भी किया गया, जिसमें छात्रों ने अस्पृश्यता और आत्म-सम्मान के विषय को अत्यंत मार्मिक ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया। प्रतिभागियों ने हिंदी में प्रस्तुति देते हुए माहौल को दर्शाने के लिए मूल बांग्ला की 1-2 पंक्तियों का भी सुंदर प्रयोग किया, जिससे काव्यपाठ और भी प्रभावशाली बन गया।

हमारे आदरणीय प्रधानाचार्य महोदय एवं एच.एम. मैम ने अपनी गरिमामयी उपस्थिति से कार्यक्रम को आशीर्वाद प्रदान किया और बच्चों का उत्साहवर्धन किया।

इस गतिविधि में निर्णायक मंडल की भूमिका नामचू मैम एवं अनीता मैम ने निभाई, जिन्होंने छात्रों की अभिव्यक्ति, उच्चारण, भाव एवं समय प्रबंधन के आधार पर उनका मूल्यांकन किया।

छात्रों ने लय और रस के साथ कविता पाठ किया, कहानियाँ सुनाईं और टैगोर के शिक्षा दर्शन को अपने शब्दों में पिरोया। चांडालिका के नाट्य-मंचन ने कार्यक्रम को नई ऊँचाई दी तथा छुआछूत की प्रथा की निंदा करते हुए समानता की शिक्षा दी। यह आयोजन न केवल एक प्रतियोगिता था, बल्कि टैगोर के विचारों को आत्मसात करने का एक सुंदर प्रयास था।

द्वितीय स्थान: तेजस 8-F एवं शिवान्या 8-C, अग्नि हाउस
तृतीय स्थान: सांवी 8-D, आकाश हाउस एवं पाखी जायसवाल 6-C, अग्नि हाउस

हिंदी विभाग की समस्त शिक्षिकाओं के मार्गदर्शन में यह आयोजन अत्यंत सफल रहा।

"Yellow Day shines bright with smiles, sunshine, and happiness all around!”

The Pre-Primary Wing celebrated Yellow Day with immense joy and excitement. The little learners looked adorable dressed in bright yellow outfits, spreading happiness and positivity everywhere.

The celebration became even more delightful with a variety of engaging activities planned for the tiny tots. Children confidently participated in rhyme recitation, dance, colouring activities, and show-and-tell using yellow objects.

To make the day more enjoyable and interactive, students also brought delicious yellow food items such as bananas, mangoes, pineapples, lemons, corn, chips, sweets, and juices. The colourful food display added charm to the celebration and helped children understand the importance and identification of the colour yellow in everyday life.

The fun-filled celebration enhanced creativity, social interaction, and learning through play.
