“Freedom is the spirit that inspires us to dream, create, and grow together.”

The Pre-Primary Wing celebrated the spirit of India’s Independence Day with a vibrant Tri-Colour Craft Activity. The little learners enthusiastically created beautiful crafts using the colours of our National Flag—saffron, white, and green—while learning about their significance and the values they represent: courage, peace, and prosperity.
The activity provided a wonderful opportunity for children to express their creativity while developing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and artistic abilities. It also instilled a sense of patriotism, love, and respect for the nation from an early age.
The colourful creations made by the young artists reflected their joy, enthusiasm, and pride in being responsible citizens of India. The celebration beautifully combined fun, learning, and creativity, making the occasion memorable for everyone

BOUNCE BACK – A KICKSTART WITH POSITIVITY!

Litera Valley School, Patna, in association with Indiannica Learning, organised an inspiring counselling session for students on “Bounce Back – A Kickstart with Positivity.”

The session was conducted by Mr. Saurabh Beniwal, Trainer, Motivator and Education Professional, who engaged students in meaningful conversations around their emotional and mental well-being.

The session focused on helping students understand and manage everyday challenges such as stress, overthinking, anxiety, impatience, lack of confidence, fear, insecurity and loneliness. Students were also encouraged to develop positive habits such as being attentive in class, practising self-discipline, maintaining physical and mental wellness, using social media responsibly, and nurturing critical and creative thinking.

Through an engaging and motivating interaction, students were reminded that setbacks are not the end—they are opportunities to pause, learn, grow and bounce back stronger.

A heartfelt appreciation to Indiannica Learning and Mr. Saurabh Beniwal for conducting such a meaningful session and inspiring our students to move towards a happier, healthier and more confident tomorrow.

In a thrilling contest vs Aakash House, Dhanush House lifted the trophy!
Standout performers: Gyan & Srijan — both scored 12 points each
Their teamwork, attacking strength and discipline sealed a memorable victory.

GIRLS FINAL: AAKASH HOUSE CHAMPIONS!
Aakash House dominated Prithvi House 13-2 with excellent coordination and attacking play.
Star of the match: Pari Rani with an incredible 13 points! Her confidence and determination led Aakash to a one-sided win.

Both finals were a true celebration of teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship.

“Freedom Is The Open Window To The Human Spirit”

With pride in our hearts and the Tricolour soaring high, Litera Valley School, Patna celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great zeal and patriotic fervour!

The day began with the patriotic singing of the Vande Mataram, followed by the ceremonial flag hoisting by our respected Principal Mr. Desmond Jude D’Monte, and the soulful rendition of the National Anthem that united every heart in pride.

In his inspiring address, Principal Sir reminded us:
‘’Freedom is not just a right, it is a responsibility. You are the torchbearers of New India. Build a Viksit Bharat with knowledge and character.”

The celebrations were made vibrant with a melodious choir, enthralling patriotic dance, patriotic songs by teachers & students, inspiring speeches, poetry, and colourful cultural performances that showcased the spirit of Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.

Graced by Headmistress Ms. Sujata Bhadani, along with teachers, students and staff, the day ended with a pledge to serve the nation.

“Every Beat, A Tribute To India”

Patna witnessed a powerful celebration of patriotism as Dainik Jagran, in collaboration with Litera Valley School, Patna, hosted the Inter-School Patriotic Dance Competition under Bharat Raksha Parv on 13th August 2026.

16 schools came together to express their love for the nation through dance, music and culture. The event was graced by Mr. Ashwini Kumar Singh, Deputy Editor, Bihar; Mr. Manoj Pandey, GM; Ms. Sarita Mishra, Brand Manager; Ms. Sonali, Reporter, Dainik Jagran; Mr. Deepak Raj, Brand Manager; Principal Mr. Desmond Jude D’Monte and Headmistress Ms. Sujata Bhadani.

Patna New Era Public School bagged the Winner’s trophy, followed by Litera Valley School as 1st Runner-up. The event concluded with the National Anthem, leaving a lasting message of unity and pride.

Through Bharat Raksha Parv, Dainik Jagran continues to inspire the youth, while Litera Valley School provided the perfect stage for talent and deshbhakti to shine.

Shresth Suman of Class 5A has been awarded Best Bowler & Man of the Series at the
Babu Veer Kunwar Singh U-13 Gold Cup School Cricket Tournament 2026.

With his fiery spells and match-winning bowling, Shresth dominated the tournament and made LVS proud.
