धनिए के एक गुच्छे को पानी से धो ले और इसके पत्तो को तोडकर बारीक-बारीक काट ले और इन्हे एक गिलास पानी में डालकर 10 मिन्ट तक उबाले और छान कर ठण्डा होने के लिए रख दे, अच्छे से ठण्डा होने के बाद इसको पी ले, रोजाना ऐसा करे, कुछ दिन में ही आपके गुर्दे की सफ़ाई हो जाएंगी और सारी गंदगी मूत्र के साथ अपने आप बाहर निकल जाएगी।
