Our Class 1 and 2 students put their classroom lessons into action during an immersive visit to JDT Supermarket! The children explored specialized sections like laundry, spices, and tea, etc. while learning to identify and describe various food items. Bringing their current Money concept unit to life, they discovered the mechanics of the billing counter, tracking how items are scanned and paid for. This interactive experience beautifully connected mathematical literacy with real-world daily skills!

🏸 A Moment of Pride for DPS Patiala! 🏸

It was a matter of great pride and honour to welcome our *Respected Principal Sir* as the Chief Guest for the Award Ceremony of the **70th Badminton Zonal Tournament* .

With over 65 teams from Patiala-I Zone participating in the tournament, our Principal Sir graciously presented medals to the winners. Receiving medals from our respected Principal Sir was a truly memorable and motivating experience for our young champions.

Adding to the celebrations, *DPS Patiala emerged as the only school to secure medals in all six categories* , a remarkable feat that reflects the hard work, discipline, and determination of our players and coaches.

4 teams comprising 11 students of DPS Patiala represented the school at the Annual Inter-DPS IT Fest 2026, organised by the DPS Society and hosted by DPS Faridabad. Competing against 94 DPS schools from across the country, DPS Patiala successfully qualified for the finals in all 4 event categories—Battle of Bytes, Pitcher’s Plot, Rescue Maze and Robotics Arena. The teams comprised Anant Sifat Kaur, Vinita Bimbra and Ananya Sethi for Battle of Bytes; Anika Gautam and Naman Bansal for Pitcher’s Plot; Aditya Mehta, Amol Partap Singh Gill and Anahad Singh Sarao for Robotics Arena; and Taranjot Singh, Arnav and Anantveer Singh for Rescue Maze. Bringing further glory to the school, Taranjot Singh, Arnav and Anantveer Singh secured the Second Position in Rescue Maze, winning a trophy and Winner Certificates, while all participating students received Participation Certificates. The teams were mentored by Ms Vineeta Sharma, Ms Amanjyot Kaur, Ms Cheena and Ms Banipreet Kaur. The students were felicitated during the morning assembly by Principal Mr Santosh Shukla, who congratulated the students and mentors on their commendable achievement.

दिल्ली पब्लिक स्कूल, पटियाला में कक्षा 7 साराभाई (Class VII Sarabhai) के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा एक अत्यंत प्रेरणादायक और विशेष प्रार्थना सभा (Special Assembly) का सफल आयोजन किया गया, जिसका मुख्य विषय था — 'कभी हार मत मानो' (Never Give Up)।
​ विद्यार्थियों ने दिखाया कि जीवन में असफलताएं तो केवल एक पड़ाव हैं, असली जीत गिरकर दोबारा खड़े होने में है। कहानी के माध्यम से बच्चों ने यह संदेश दिया कि मिड-टर्म परीक्षा में कम अंक आने से निराश होने के बजाय, दोस्तों के प्रोत्साहन और सही मार्गदर्शन से कैसे दोबारा कड़ी मेहनत की जाती है।
​मंच संचालकों की प्रभावशाली आवाज़, डॉ. ए.पी.जे. अब्दुल कलाम, स्वामी विवेकानंद, स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती और अरुणिमा सिन्हा जैसे महान व्यक्तित्वों के अमूल्य संदेशों और हाथ में थमे प्रेरणादायक विचारों ने पूरे वातावरण को ऊर्जा से भर दिया। अंत में "कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती" की गूंज और सभी विद्यार्थियों के एक स्वर में लिए गए संकल्प ने सभी के दिलों को छू लिया — "हम गिरेंगे, हम सीखेंगे, हम फिर खड़े होंगे... पर हम कभी हार नहीं मानेंगे!"

​कार्यक्रम के अंत में हमारे आदरणीय प्रधानाचार्य जी ने उन्हें जीवन में सदैव आगे बढ़ते रहने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

A Cybersecurity Awareness talk was conducted to sensitise students about cyber threats and ATM frauds. The Cosmos Bank Cyber Heist (2018) and ATM skimming fraud were discussed. Students learnt to check ATMs for suspicious devices, cover the keypad, never share PINs/OTPs, monitor transactions, and immediately report suspicious activity, promoting cyber alertness and safe digital practices.
