Dear Parents

Kindly read the following "hygienic instructions" carefully and extent your help:

1. Ward must come in neat and clean properly ironed dress.
2. Trim the nails of your ward & avoid nail paint.
3. Ward should reach the school in time.
4. Bag are to be washed weekly.
5. Wash the tiffin / apron daily.
6. Do not torn books, notebooks, diary & no page is to crossed. Try to keep it neat & clean. The books & the note books are to be covered properly.
7. Dress code & tiffin should be according to the school menu plan.
8. Send one small handkerchief in his/her pocket.
9. Send two panty (to be used in emergency) in his/her bag daily.
10. Wrap food in paper napkin or aluminum foil. Do not use newspaper or cloth napkin.
11. Please check the diary daily regarding any notice & sign on it.
12. It is customary for the parents to be present on all the parents-teacher meetings.
13. Whenever there is a change in phone number or address, please intimate the school immediately.
14. Due to kidnapping cases, please ensure that only the authorized person comes to pick the child from school.
15. To put down your signature in the diary in token of the fact that you have read it.
16. Please inform about absence of your ward preferably in advance with the application.
17. Jam, Rice, Curd, Pickle, Noodles & non-vegetarian items are not to be sent in his/her tiffin.
