Tagore International School Clinches 4 Gold Medals in District Wushu Championship

The talented players of Tagore International School brought immense pride to the institution by delivering a spectacular performance at the 14th District Wushu Championship and securing four gold medals. Their remarkable achievement has filled the school campus with joy and celebration.

Harjas Singh (42 kg), Jasmeen Kaur (39 kg), Roopkiran Kaur (56 kg), and Arshdeep Kaur (60 kg) showcased exceptional talent, determination, and sportsmanship in their respective categories and emerged victorious by winning gold medals at the district level.

The school credited this grand success to the dedicated efforts and hard work of the students along with the expert guidance and continuous support of Coach Shubham, who trained the players with great commitment for the championship.

On this proud occasion, Director Mr. Gaurav Gulati, President Mrs. Saloni Gulati, Manager Mr. Sushil Mishra, and Principal Dr. Meenakshi Sood congratulated the winners and Coach Shubham for their outstanding accomplishment. They stated that sports not only help students win medals but also develop discipline, confidence, leadership qualities, and a spirit of determination among them.

Tagore International School, Akbarpur has once again brought immense pride and glory to the region by producing Area Toppers in all the three streams in the CBSE Class XII Examination, continuing its magnificent legacy of academic excellence with a 100% result.

✨ The school achieved a remarkable milestone as its students secured the top positions in the area across Arts, Commerce, and Medical streams:

🌟 Arts Stream Area Topper:
🥇 Dimple – 98.2%

🌟 Commerce Stream Area Topper:
🥇 Ishika – 97.4%

🌟 Medical Stream Area Topper:
🥇 Gurtej Singh – 95.6%

Out of 74 students who appeared in the examination, 15 students scored above 90%, while 50 students secured more than 70% marks, showcasing the school’s commitment towards academic brilliance.

The result further reflected exceptional subject performances with students scoring perfect and near-perfect marks in various subjects. Gurleen Kaur scored 100/100 in Punjabi, Ishika secured 100/100 in Accountancy, and Dimple achieved 100/100 in Political Science. Gurtej Singh scored 99 in Mathematics, while Abhijeet, Dimple, and Gurleen scored 99 in English.

The entire campus resonated with celebrations and pride as students, parents, and teachers rejoiced over this historic achievement.

“Tagore International School Resonates with the Fragrance of a Mother’s Love — Mother’s Day Celebration Touches Every Heart”

Mother’s Day was celebrated at Tagore International School with immense love, respect, and emotional warmth. On this special occasion, mothers of students from Nursery to Class II were cordially invited to the school. Every moment of the celebration beautifully reflected the selfless love, sacrifice, and affection of mothers.

The adorable dance performances, melodious songs, and heartfelt presentations dedicated by the little children to their mothers won everyone’s hearts. The innocent expressions of love on the children’s faces and the tears of joy in the eyes of mothers became the most touching moments of the event.

A special “Thank You Card Making Activity” was conducted in which children prepared beautiful cards for their mothers to express their love and gratitude. Along with this, during the “Crown Making Activity,” children designed colourful crowns and proudly honored their mothers with the title of “Queen of My Life.”

One of the major attractions of the celebration was the “Cooking Without Fire” activity, where mothers and children together prepared healthy and delicious dishes without using fire. This activity further strengthened the beautiful bond between mother and child and made the occasion even more memorable.

Interesting games and a graceful ramp walk were also organized for mothers, in which they participated with great enthusiasm. The sweetness of the unbreakable mother-child bond filled the entire school with a joyful and family-like atmosphere.

Special tags such as “Star Mother of Tagore International,” “Mom & Me – The Perfect Pair,” and “Shine with Mom” were awarded to mothers and children during the event. These special recognitions added more charm and happiness to the celebration and brought smiles to the faces of all mothers.

At the end of the celebration, all the mothers wholeheartedly appreciated the school’s wonderful initiative and shared that this day would always remain one of the most cherished memories of their lives.

Red Cross Seminar Conducted Successfully on the Occasion of World Red Cross Day

On the occasion of World Red Cross Day, Tagore International School, Akbarpur Afghana proudly organized an inspiring seminar under the guidance of our respected Principal, Dr. Meenakshi Sood, to spread awareness about humanity, kindness, health, and social service. ❤️🤝
