IFLS Patiala Chapter IFLS is a non-profit social start-up working to develop leadership potential in individuals,through community based sustainablity initiatives across world.

IFLS engages social change makers, community leaders and experts to work together on projects designed to address major development challenges. As a social start up, we carry out projects aimed to deliver potential benefits to the communities that are involved in it. Unlike the traditional top-down approach of developing leadership through expert-community dialogue, we impart the principles of sus

tainable development through active leadership – learning while doing. We identify & empower change makers to co-create sustainable social change. We call this innovative approach ‘Sustainable Community Leadership’.
