𝙏𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧! - This a word that most of you must have become familiar with in the past few weeks. From the cogitation to the society fair, from your hostel mess to your Instagram feed, the word toastmaster has popped up repeatedly, yet it has never been concretely defined. What does Toastmaster mean? What does a toastmaster do? What even is the Thapar Toastmaster club? The cogitation showed you a glimpse; the society fair may have answered some questions, but as the quote says, "𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙣𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙩!" As a club, we feel immense pleasure to announce another reason to be proud of our members. We congratulate everyone for getting their placements and yearn that their sedulousness inspires many. We feel glad to have such hardworking people with us and hope they always keep shining.

It is truly a proud moment for us to announce the achievements of our club members. From being on time for the meetings to catching up on every step on the ladder of success, toastmasters have seen progressive growth through the years.
And here we are again to congratulate our members for getting interned and wish them the best for their big step in corporate life.

A Wait of 2 years has now finally come to an end. Thapar Toastmasters Club is organizing the biggest public speaking workshop on campus, an extravaganza wherein we invite the first years to experience the grandeur of public speaking in full swing, The Cogitation!
