A successful Parent-Teacher Meeting was held today at Government High School Barsat in the gracious presence of the School Management Committee (SMC) members. The PTM provided a valuable platform for parents and teachers to discuss students’ academic progress, behaviour, and overall development.

🏆 Top-performing students were felicitated with certificates in recognition of their hard work, dedication, and outstanding achievements.

👏 Teachers were also honoured with certificates awarded by Harjot Singh Bains and Bhagwant Singh Mann for their commendable contribution to education.

📖 Holiday homework was distributed to students to ensure productive learning during the summer break. Parents and teachers engaged in meaningful discussions regarding the all-round development of students, focusing on academics, discipline, values, co-curricular participation, and overall well-being.

🥤 A Chabeel Langar was also organized by the school for parents and visitors, reflecting the spirit of seva, compassion, and community service.

The entire programme was conducted successfully in the presence of respected SMC members, whose support and involvement continue to strengthen the school’s commitment to quality education.

Our school proudly conducted the Badge Distribution Ceremony for the newly appointed Class Monitors, House Monitors, Head Girl, and Head Boy. 🎖️

Our students of class 10th had a wonderful opportunity to attend an Army Camp training session conducted by the Indian Army on how to operate drones. The session provided valuable knowledge about drone technology, safety measures, and practical handling techniques.

Students enthusiastically participated and learned about the importance of modern technology in national security and various fields. We sincerely thank the Army team for guiding and inspiring our students through this informative and skill-based training program.

Today, an inspiring motivational lecture on drug awareness was delivered by Paramjit Singh to all the students. The session highlighted the harmful effects of drugs and encouraged students to choose a healthy, positive, and goal-oriented life.

Guru Ravidas ji quiz competition was held successfully. Students participated with great enthusiasm and learned about Guru Ravidas Ji’s life and teachings.

📚 School Activity Update

An informative lecture on Cyber Security was delivered by Smt. Shafali (Computer Faculty) 💻🔐

The session helped students understand the importance of staying safe online, protecting personal information, and being aware of cyber threats such as hacking and phishing. Students also learned practical tips like creating strong passwords, avoiding suspicious links, and using the internet responsibly.
