Honoring JEE MAINS students

STEM CONCLAVE

Under the Environment Education Programme (EEP) 2025–26, in collaboration with Punjab State Council for Science and Technology (PSCST), Chandigarh, five schools from **Patiala district participated in a Nature Camp at Takhni Rehmapur Nature Camp.
The participating schools were GHS Dhablan, GSSS Model Town Patiala, GMS Mahadipur, GHS Fatehpur, and GHS Rajpura Town. The camp was organized under the able guidance of DEO (SE) Sh. Sanjeev Sharma Ji and Deputy DEO Dr. Ravinderpal Singh Ji.
Students attended the camp from 24 March 2026 to 26 March 2026, where they enthusiastically engaged in various nature-based learning activities, developed environmental awareness, and observed biodiversity closely. The camp provided them with valuable hands-on experiences, ecological understanding, and outdoor learning skills.
District EEP Coordinator Ms. Gagandeep Kaur shared that the students had a wonderful and enriching experience, and such initiatives significantly enhance students’ environmental awareness and love for nature.

Under the Environment Education Programme 2025–26, a District Level Trash to Treasure Exhibit was successfully organized under the visionary guidance of Sanjeev Sharma, DEO (SE) Patiala, and Dr Ravinderpal Singh.
A total of 82 participants from across the district enthusiastically registered and showcased their innovative creations made from waste materials. The event witnessed remarkable creativity, environmental awareness, and active student participation.
After careful evaluation, the Top 10 best exhibits were selected and awarded for their originality, utility, and message of sustainability.
District EEP Coordinator Gagandeep Kaur shared that such initiatives not only promote environmental consciousness among students but also encourage them to adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives.

Student Ruhi Garg from SoE Pheel Kanna, Patiala marches into the finals of National STEM Quiz 4.0 to be held at Gujarat Science City, Ahmedabad on 26th March 2026!

Hearty congratulations to Ruhi for this outstanding milestone!

Under the guidance of Mrs. Archana (Science Mistress) and the visionary leadership of Principal Dr. Rajneesh Gupta, Ruhi qualified among only 85 students nationwide for the Grand Finale, organized by Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (GUJCOST).

She is Punjab's sole representative from a government school-a proud moment for the entire state!

We are immensely proud to share that Ruhi Garg, a brilliant student of SOE Pheelkhana, has been selected for the Final Round of the National STEM Quiz 4.0 to be held at Gujarat Science City, Ahmedabad on 26th March.
Out of the entire state, only 4 students from Punjab have been selected — and it is truly mention-worthy that Ruhi is the only student representing Government Schools of Punjab in this prestigious national-level competition.
