🙏 Deepest Condolences from the KCCian Family🙏

With a heavy heart, the KCCian family expresses its profound grief and deepest condolences on the sudden and untimely demise of Kamala Kanta Mochahary, who breathed his last today at around 2:20 AM.His sudden departure has left a massive, irreparable void in our hearts and across the literary landscape of Bodoland & Assam.

Kamala Kanta Mochahary was a towering visionary who dedicated his life to the promotion and preservation of his mother tongue. We remember and salute his dedicated leadership in the Bodo Sahitya Sabha. He served with absolute dedication as the former General Secretary and Vice President of the Bodo Sahitya Sabha.

He worked tirelessly over multiple tenures to uplift, develop, and promote Bodo language and literature, leaving behind an inspiring legacy for generations to come.

The KCCian family stands in solidarity with his grieving family, friends, and well-wishers in this hour of immense pain. We pray that his noble soul finds eternal peace, and may the Almighty grant strength to his loved ones to bear this monumental loss.

Rest in peace, Sir. Your legacy will live on forever in our hearts. 🕊️✨

🚨 NCC IN ACTION | LEARNING • SERVING • SAVING 🇮🇳

The NCC Unit of Koklabari Chapaguri College, Hazuwa, Baksa, Assam proudly participated in a Mock Drill on Relief & Rescue Operations conducted by the Relief and Rescue Team of 27th Battalion, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Guwagacha, Assam, under Sector Headquarters, SSB Rangia.

🛡️ The mock drill provided NCC cadets with valuable hands-on exposure to disaster preparedness, emergency response, rescue techniques, teamwork and community safety.

The NSS Unit of Koklabari Chapaguri College, Hazuwa, Baksa observed NSS Day 2026 on 24th September 2026 with an inspiring Awareness Programme on Swachhata, Environmental Protection & Civic Responsibility.

✨ The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Bhagya Ramchiary, Programme Officer, NSS Unit, K.C. College, who highlighted the vital role of NSS volunteers in community service and nation-building.

🌱 Mr. Hangama Baro, Advisor, Baksa District Committee, ABSU, graced the programme as the Resource Person and motivated students to embrace cleanliness, reduce plastic use, protect nature, practise proper waste management and become responsible citizens.

🤝 The active participation of teaching staff, NSS volunteers and students made the programme meaningful and successful. The event concluded with a Swachhata & Green Campus Pledge, reaffirming our collective commitment to a cleaner, greener and sustainable society.
