Extremely sad to inform all senior music members that today afternoon, one of our close aides and a noble and soft spoken and versatile musician and music director and one of the pioneer members of Melody Makers, Prof. SURENDRA AKOLKAR passed away after a brief illness. We pray to the Almighty to grant his soul eternal peace and give strength to his family to bear this loss.

Yes. My Dad. Yesterday. Today. Tomorrow. And forever. A man, far, far ahead of his times. Had he been there today, he would still be ahead of today's times ! A forward thinking, always on the move person, with a huge philanthropic heart, ever willing to help. Miss you tremendously Dada. Love you to the moon.
