*A Magical Movie Adventure – Toy Story 5*

"To infinity... and beyond!" echoed through the hearts of our young learners as the students of Classes I & II of DAV Public School, Reserve Bank Enclave embarked on a delightful movie outing on 20th July 2026 to watch the much-awaited Toy Story 5 at Cinépolis Janak Cinema, Janakpuri. The cinema hall resonated with laughter, excitement and wide-eyed wonder as Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, and their friends whisked the children away on yet another unforgettable adventure. The film beautifully celebrated the timeless values of friendship, teamwork, kindness, courage and the power of imagination, leaving every child inspired and entertained. More than just a movie, the outing was a joyful learning experience that encouraged social interaction, responsible behaviour and shared happiness beyond the classroom. The sparkling smiles, cheerful conversations and memorable moments transformed the day into an enriching experience. The enchanting cinematic journey reminded our young learners that true friendship knows no bounds and that every adventure becomes magical when hearts are filled with love, laughter and imagination.

MasterChef – Cooking Without Flame Activity (Class I)
As part of this month's theme "Food" our Class I students enthusiastically participated in the MasterChef – Cooking Without Flame Activity on 17.07.2026. Using fresh fruits and vegetables they prepared healthy recipes like biscuit canapés, fruit chaat, sprout salad and many more.
The activity promoted healthy eating habits, hygiene, creativity, teamwork and fine motor skills while helping children become more confident and independent. The classroom was filled with smiles, excitement and joyful learning as every child proudly showcased their colourful creations.

*Child Safety Pledge: A Promise to Care*

On 16th July 2026, the students of Nursery to Class II at DAV Public School, Reserve Bank Enclave, Paschim Vihar, proudly took the Child Safety Pledge during the morning assembly. With sincerity and enthusiasm, the young learners pledged to be kind, respectful, responsible and courageous in speaking up against unsafe behaviour. The pledge reinforced the values of empathy, dignity and mutual respect, inspiring every child to contribute towards creating a safe, happy, and inclusive school environment. It was a meaningful step towards nurturing responsible and compassionate citizens.

Students recited a cheerful poem celebrating the beauty, freshness and joy of the rainy season.

👕 Dresses We Wear:
Children confidently spoke about the colourful raincoats, umbrellas, gumboots and comfortable clothes we wear during the monsoon.

🍲 Monsoon Food:
Students shared healthy and nutritious food choices that help us stay fit and healthy during the rainy season.

🛡️ Monsoon Precautions:
Through informative speaking lines, children highlighted important precautions such as maintaining hygiene, avoiding stagnant water, carrying umbrellas and staying safe from seasonal illnesses.

💃 Joyful Dance Performance:
A vibrant dance performance filled the stage with energy and happiness, capturing the fun and excitement that the monsoon season brings.

Special Assembly (Classes III–V)

To celebrate the sacred festival of Jagannath Rath Yatra, the students of Classes III–V conducted a thoughtful special assembly that beautifully reflected India's rich cultural heritage and timeless values.
Through an engaging speech and a captivating presentation, students shared the significance of the Rath Yatra and its inspiring message of faith, unity, humility and selfless service. The assembly encouraged everyone to embrace compassion, respect traditions and spread kindness in everyday life.
