Fire Safety Week at DAV School

During Fire Safety Week at DAV School, a special fire safety session was conducted by the Fire Department, Parwanoo. The team visited the school and organized a fire mock drill for the students.

In this session, students were taught how to act during a fire emergency. They were made aware of important fire safety rules and precautions to stay safe.

Fire Officer Shri Arun Ji explained in detail how to use fire extinguishers. He demonstrated the correct method of handling them and also guided students about the safety measures to follow during a fire situation.

Students actively participated and learned how to stay calm, protect themselves, and help others during emergencies.

Parwanoo, April 22: On the occasion of World Earth Day, DAV Sr. Sec. School, Parwanoo organized an impactful awareness rally to highlight the importance of environmental conservation. On the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Mahatma Hansraj Ji, DAV School, Parwanoo, organized a series of meaningful and value-based activities to honor his great legacy. The day began with a sacred Havan, creating a spiritual and positive atmosphere in the school.

Various activities such as slogan writing, poster making, and essay writing were conducted to engage students creatively and help them understand the ideals of Mahatma Hansraj Ji. Students enthusiastically participated and expressed their thoughts about his life, dedication, and contribution to education.

A special morning assembly was also organized, where students were enlightened about the inspiring life of Mahatma Hansraj Ji. Through speeches and poems, they learned about his simplicity, selfless service, and strong belief in spreading education. His message of “Service before self” motivated everyone to become responsible and compassionate individuals.
