📢 School Assembly Highlights – Certificates & Prize Distribution 📢

Certificates were distributed during the morning assembly to the students and staff who participated in the Independence Day programme held at Municipal Corporation, Paonta Sahib. The *Group Song Team* was prepared and guided by Mr. Pradeep Ji, while the *Parade Team* was trained by Mr. Rajat and Mr. Anil. Certificates were presented to all participants in recognition of their enthusiastic participation and dedicated efforts.

Along with this, prizes were also distributed for the drawing competition on the theme *"Save Environment,"* & Drug Awareness Campaign – “Say No to Drugs” organized for students of Classes V, VI, VII, and VIII under the guidance of Mrs. Darshan Kaur, Drawing Teacher. The competition inspired students to express their concern for nature through art and encouraged everyone to contribute towards building a cleaner, greener environment. 🌱

Our respected Principal, *Mr. Jang Bahadur Singh Randhawa*, congratulated all the winners and appreciated the students and teachers for their hard work, discipline, creativity, and contribution to making both events a grand success.

🎨 Inter-School Painting Competition Successfully Organised 🎨

On 14 August 2026 (Friday), Rotary Paonta Sakhi organized an Inter-School Painting Competition for students from Classes 6th to 12th at Bibi Jeet Kaur Memorial School, Paonta Sahib , managed by The Kalgidhar Trust .

Shri Dwij Goyal, SDM Paonta Sahib , graced the occasion as the Chief Guest .

The theme for students of Classes 6th to 8th was “Good Eating Habits” , while students of Classes 9th to 12th were given the theme “Drug Abuse Awareness.” A total of 51 students from 13 schools participated enthusiastically in the competition.

Through their creative artwork, the students highlighted the harmful effects of drug abuse and conveyed a strong message to society about staying aware of the dangers of drugs and working together to protect the younger generation from their devastating impact.

The event was attended by the President and team of Rotary Paonta Sakhi , along with Mr. Jang Bahadur Singh, Principal, Bibi Jeet Kaur Memorial School, Madam Darshan Kaur, and other members of the school staff.
