At Gurukul, we believe that every small step in a child’s development deserves encouragement and celebration. That’s why, beginning this academic year, we are introducing *“Star of the Week”*—a weekly recognition awarded every Friday to one student from each class.
This recognition is not only for academic achievement but more importantly, for *personal growth and consistent effort.* For example, a child who previously struggled with separation anxiety but has shown emotional improvement over the week may be chosen. Similarly, a student who used to face difficulty completing writing tasks on time, but makes visible progress, will be encouraged through this recognition.
Our aim is to *motivate and support every child in overcoming challenges,* building confidence, and fostering a love for learning. With your continued support and encouragement at home, we believe our little stars will shine even
