🦋🏆 M.E.S. A.V.B. PHADKE VIDYALAYA WINS FIRST PLACE IN BUTTERFLY RACE COMPETITION! 🏆🦋
We are delighted and proud to announce that the English Medium Primary Section of M.E.S. A.V.B. Phadke Vidyalaya has secured FIRST PLACE in the Butterfly Race Competition held on 29 September 2026 under Project Butterfly Campus, organised as part of Big Butterfly Month 2026. 🌿🦋
The competition encouraged our young nature explorers to explore the school butterfly garden, observe butterflies in their natural surroundings, and document local butterfly species.
✨ Our enthusiastic students successfully recorded 10 distinct butterfly species, surpassing Greenfingers Global School, which recorded 9 species, and secured the First Place. 🏆
📚 As the First Prize, our school will receive a copy of Butterflies of Mumbai by Nelson Rodrigues for the school library, along with Participation Certificates for all student participants.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to iNaturewatch Foundation for providing our students with this wonderful opportunity to learn, observe and connect with nature. 🌱💚
👏 Congratulations to our young Nature Explorers and their dedicated teachers!
