Students of Classes IX to XII are exposed to the world of work through practical activities in well-equipped Skill Labs, interaction with industry experts, industry visits and internships.

This supports students in holistic development, informed learning choices and gradual preparation for academic, skill and career pathways.

Sahil Sareen was a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya INS Mandovi from 2002-2010. He is currently a Software Engineering Manager at Amazon's headquarters in Seattle, USA. He has done his Bachelors degree in Computer Science from NIT Durgapur. He holds a patent, has launched two new AWS services and has recently achieved a Guinness World Record for World's Largest code debugging / bug fixing competition in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

On 2nd October 2021, a cultural program followed by the Fit India Freedom Run 2.0 marked the celebration of Gandhi Jayanti at Kendriya Vidyalaya INS Mandovi. Students, Parents and Staff members of the Vidyalaya took part in several events with great spirit and enthusiasm during the course of the celebration.
