के. आर. हिंदू हाई स्कूल के भव्य प्रांगण में स्वतंत्रता दिवस का पुनीत पर्व बड़े ही हर्षोल्लास एवं उमंग के साथ मनाया गया। गीता ग्रुप ऑफ इंस्टीट्यूशंस के चेयरमैन श्री एस. पी. बंसल जी ने ध्वजारोहण किया और जन-गण-मन का पावन गान वातावरण में गूंज उठा। चेयरमैन साहब ने देशवासियों के नाम अपने बधाई संदेश में वीर शहीदों की अमर शहादत को नमन किया, जिनकी बदौलत हम आज खुली हवा में सांस ले रहे हैं। आज भारत में भारत के लोगों की, लोगों के लिए और लोगों द्वारा बनाई हुई सरकार है। उन्होंने बताया कि किस प्रकार आज भारत अमेरिका जैसे शक्तिशाली देश की गीदड़ भभकियों से भी नहीं डरता। उन्होंने भारतीय लोकतंत्र की खूबसूरती के विषय में बताया कि किस प्रकार एक चाय वाला, एक बिल्कुल साधारण सी पारिवारिक पृष्ठभूमि से उठकर देश का प्रधानमंत्री बन सकता है। उन्होंने आज की छात्र शक्ति को एकाग्रचित्त होकर पढ़ने की नसीहत देने के साथ-साथ कौशल विकास के महत्व को भी विस्तार से समझाया। चेयरमैन साहब ने अपने प्रेरणाप्रद संदेश में कहा कि गीता ग्रुप ऑफ इंस्टीट्यूशंस का मुख्य लक्ष्य इंसानियत पर केंद्रित है, कारण कि अच्छे इंसान ही पढ़ाई के महत्व को समझ सकते हैं और अपने ज्ञान-विज्ञान को समाज एवं देश के हित के लिए प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। आदरणीय बंसल साहब ने उपस्थित जनसमूह से आदर्श जीवन से संबंधित कुछ प्रश्न भी पूछे और उन्हें विस्तार से समझाया भी। उन्होंने मानव जीवन की सार्थकता का बड़े ही मार्मिक, मधुर एवं सुन्दर शब्दों में वर्णन किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने समय के महत्व के संदर्भ में *ROTI — Return on Time Invested* को याद रखने की आवश्यकता पर विशेष जोर दिया। प्राचार्य मोहन मित्तल ने उपस्थित प्रबुद्ध जनों को स्मरण करवाया कि चेयरमैन साहब के बहुआयामी एवं अतुलनीय श्रेष्ठ व्यक्तित्व के कारण ही वे उन्हें अपना परम गुरु मानते हैं, जिनके सानिध्य में रहकर उन्हें एक आदर्श जीवन-कला का ज्ञान मिला है। प्राचार्य ने चेयरमैन साहब का सहृदय आत्मीयता के साथ आभार व्यक्त किया कि वे अपने अमूल्य एवं व्यस्ततम जीवन से समय निकालकर के. आर. परिवार को शुभाशीष प्रदान करने विद्यालय पधारे। इस अवसर पर बच्चों ने विभिन्न प्रकार के देशभक्ति से सराबोर कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किए। चेयरमैन साहब ने बच्चों के कार्यक्रम की भूरि-भूरि प्रशंसा की और इसे अद्भुत एवं प्रेरणादायक बताया। उन्होंने बच्चों को हजारों रुपये के नगद पुरस्कार भी प्रदान किए। मंच का संचालन बबली जी, निशा जी, पूजा जी एवं मनीष जी ने संयुक्त रूप से किया। समारोह इतना शानदार एवं गरिमामय रहा कि इसकी मधुर स्मृतियाँ सभी के हृदय में सदैव अविस्मरणीय रहेंगी। .....
