Dr. Kumar, Ph.D, MA, MBA (HR), B.Ed, is a distinguished educationist with over 25 years of experience, including 15 years as Principal across premier CBSE and IGCSE (Cambridge) institutions in India and abroad. He began his career as a PGT in Psychology and Business Studies in Bahrain and the Maldives, where he received the Certificate of Excellence for Best Teacher from the Ministry of Education, Maldives (2010 & 2011).

As a visionary leader, he has consistently driven academic excellence, strong board results, and progressive learning environments that promote holistic student development.

He has been honored twice as Best Principal of the Year by IGCSE, Cambridge International (UK), received the Education Excellence Award – Best Principal of the Year 2022, and was recognized by Dainik Bhaskar as Outstanding Principal of the Year for four consecutive years (2023–2026).

Known for his student-centric approach and strong leadership, Dr. Kumar continues to inspire educators and empower students.
