Blue Bird High School, Sector 16, Panchkula, hosted its Annual Art and Craft Exhibition, “The Oeuvre 2026,” with theme ‘Save Bio-diversity’ celebrating the artistic talent, creative imagination and innovative spirit of its young learners. The exhibition highlighted how biodiversity supports life on Earth by maintaining ecological balance and providing essential resources such as food, clean air, water and medicines.
The exhibits reflected the students’ creativity, originality, critical thinking, innovation and problem-solving abilities. Each display narrated a unique story, offering glimpses into the imaginative world of budding scientists, mathematicians, writers, poets and artists. The exhibition beautifully demonstrated how art can transform conventional boundaries and become an integral part of experiential and interdisciplinary learning. Students of Class 10th presented Nukkad Natak to convey the message to protect wildlife. This encouraged students and visitors to respect nature and understand the importance of conserving animals and their habitats.
Chief Guest Mr Ravinder Kumar Sharma, Founder Director of Ravinder Sharma Art Academy and retired as Head of the Art History Department, Govt College of Art, Chandigarh, appreciated the remarkable exhibits and commended the students for their originality, perseverance and dedication.
The exhibition received an enthusiastic response from parents, who admired the imaginative and thought-provoking creations of the students. It provided them with an opportunity to appreciate not only their ward’s artistic abilities but also their capacity to think independently, and approach challenges.
Principal Mrs .Vandna Bhatnagar said that the exhibition serves as a dynamic platform where students can express their ideas and learn through collaboration. She also conveyed a strong message that protecting biodiversity today is essential for a healthy and sustainable planet. She applauded the collective efforts of the students, teachers and parents, whose commitment and encouragement made the event a memorable celebration of creativity and learning.
