My first Lessons on Principle Centred Leadership came from my respected Father Sardar Manmohan Singhji Bindra. As we remember him today on his Barsi .. I recall how he shared with me the difference between what is “Right” and what is “Convenient”. My own life has been shaped by his thoughts on commitment, hard work and wellness.
"When a father gives to his son, both laugh; when a son gives to his father, both cry."
This quote highlights the selfless love and sacrifices that fathers make for their children. Remembering the lessons he taught me on leadership will surely keep his legacy alive in my heart.
