Alpha, our foundational program, is a perfectly balanced sequence of mental, physical and spiritual activities designed to strengthen the innate connection between the two hemispheres of the brain for 5 to 15 year olds. By unlocking one’s natural capacity for observation and intuition at a stage of development where the brain is highly mouldable, the program equips the child to engage the full spectrum of their cognitive abilities.

One day international workshop on mind and body intervention was organised by Prof Akshay Anand, Prof In-Charge, CCRYN-CCMBIY Centre, at PGIMER Chandigarh on 8 th January.
With the efforts of Prof. Kataria ji , a window was given to showcase cogitation at next level . The Brighterminds team conducted an interactive session with the experts and students of medicine, science and yoga .
