DIET Panchkula

The third day of the Capacity Building Training for Principals being conducted at DIET Panchkula started with Morning Prayer. After that feedback of the previous day was given by participants. All of them are very enthusiastic and keen to learn and understand the topics about Service rules as well as general topics.

The important sessions on the third day include:
1. Pay Rules
2. Pension Rules
3. Medical Reimbursement

On the fourth day the key sessions were:
1. Leadership for Cyber Safety and Security in Secondary schools in Haryana
2. Artificial Intelligence in Education
3. Role of school Leaders in Skill Integrated Education
4. Social Emotional Intelligence

All the participants appreciated the activities and sessions being conducted and the management of training by the institute.

One day NEEV Program orientation of Principal, Teachers,Students and Parents by DIET Panchkula at GSSS sector 7

NEEV Orientation for students, Maths & Science Teachers and Principal conducted in GGHS Raipur Rani, on 4.7.24 by DIET faculty Mrs. Harpreet Kaur, Senior Lecturer, Mrs. Juhi Kaushal, Lecturer in Chemistry and Mrs. Divya Nehra, Lecturer in computer science.
The orientation included:
1. NEEV: Introduction and Objectives
2. NEEV Launch & Implementation Plans
3. Roles and Responsibilities of Principal and Teachers
4. Resource management and planning
5. Queries and concerns by school authorities
6. NEEV - DPMU Rewari Group created to implement the Program
7. WhatsApp group creation process and MIS data collection sheet shared with the school.
8. Collaboration and support by DIET Panchkula

On date 1 January 2024 under the guidance and directions of Dr Kulbhushan Sharma worthy Principal of DIET Panchkula, PSTE wing incharge Dr Rashmi Sharma lead today’s First day of assessment programme. SIP of D.EL.ED second year of pupil teachers (Seven weeks internship ) was organised in DIET Panchkula .

Pupil teachers gained practical as well as theoretical experience during SIP (school internship program) in different schools. Every pupil teacher shared their experience in Feedback & Assessment session at DIET.
Every pupil teacher made beautiful and different TLM (teaching learning materials) and files like Peer observation, Teacher observation, Diagnostic Test and Remedial Teaching, Anecdotal records to teach the students in the school. They expressed their good experiences in the assessment session. Pupil Teacher's shared their feedback and valuable suggestions with others.

आज दिनांक 26/12/2023 को ब्लॉक पिंजौर में NILP पर एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम GSSS बिटना में प्रिंसिपल मैडम बबीता जी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में ब्लॉक पिंजौर के स्कूल के सभी प्रिंसिपल, प्रमुख और सर्वेक्षणकर्ताओं ने भाग लिया। मुख्य प्रशिक्षक श्रीमती तारावती और डॉ जसवंत सिंह द्वारा NILP, ULLAS ऐप और सर्वेक्षक और VT की भूमिका से संबंधित विषय पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

Today dated 20/12/2023 one day training program on NILP of block Raipur Rani held at GMSSS Raipur Rani in the chairmanship of BRC Raipur rani.All Principal, Head and surveyers of each school of block Raipur Rani participated in this training program. Topic related to NILP, ULLAS app and Role of surveyer and VT in detail.

SIP Orientation Programme November 2023 has been successfully conducted at DIET Panchkula under the leadership and guidance of worthy Principal DIET Dr. Kulbhushan. The programme started with the motivation lecture by senior lecturer Dr. Rashmi Sharma. After that very interesting and effective lectures were given on insightful teaching techniques and activities by Ms. Raj Bala, Ms. Sunita and Dr. Tejpal. The programme coordinator Ms. Raj Bala shared the minute details of the SIP programme and Dr. Ashwni Kumar addressed the students about using their potential during their teaching practice. Towards the concluding of the programme worthy Principal showered his blessings and motivated the pupil teachers to attend the teaching practice properly. In his address he also told how SIP is important for their professional development as a teacher.
