Shanti Public Senior Secondary School, Palwal Secures 1st Position at Zonal Level Quiz Competition

A Zonal Level Quiz Competition was organised by the Haryana State Child Welfare Council. Students of Shanti Public Senior Secondary School, Railway Road, Palwal participated with enthusiasm.

In the 3rd Group (Classes 9th–10th), Sachin Yadav and Aksh*t Singh won the 1st Position, bringing pride to the school. Their excellent performance reflected strong preparation and confidence.

The school celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June with great enthusiasm. Students from Classes VI to XII participated in the event, which began at 7:00 AM on the school grounds.

The programme started with a short introduction highlighting the importance of yoga for a healthy body and mind. The students were guided through various yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques. Students performed with discipline and dedication, reflecting the spirit of the day.

The event concluded with a motivational address by the Principal, encouraging students to make yoga a regular part of their lives. The celebration successfully promoted awareness about the benefits of yoga and wellness.

We are proud to share that our 8th class student Disha was honoured at the State Level Prize Distribution Function organized by the Haryana State Council for Child Welfare. The event was held on 13th June 2025 at Mangal Sen Auditorium, District Karnal. Disha received her award from the Hon’ble Governor-President of the State Council, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. This prestigious recognition came as part of the State Level Children’s Day Competitions – 2024. The entire school congratulates Disha on her remarkable achievement.
