Blue Fins is a swimming academy founded by committed faculty with international experience. We are head quartered in Kozhikode , Kerala with branches at Palakkad and Erode. The World Health Organization’s (WHO) recently released Global Report on Drowning has identified drowning as a serious and neglected public health issue that is estimated to claim the lives of 372,000 people a year wo

rldwide. Drowning is an issue that has major impacts on children and youth, over half of all drowning deaths are among those aged under 25 years. Cognitive skills, communication skills, management skills and survival skills are the most essential skills required for a better living, our basic education system does not teach survival skills. Knowing how to swim is one of the most important parts of a child’s safety. In 2018, the world witnessed two important rescue operations in its history. The Thailand Cave Rescue operation and the Kerala Flood rescue operations. These emergencies signify the need of survival skill for all. Survival swimming programs are best implemented within the community as part of a community development framework. This allows for programs to have their best chance of being sustainable and readily accepted by the target community. But with the lack of infrastructure, most of the people do not have access training. As a part of our mission, “swim to survive” we are offering all facilities including faculties at your convenience at your place. Basic level training will be provided with our own temporary swimming pool which will install in your place and train the people those who do not have the pool facility.
