Mindful and healthy eating is the key to a healthy mind and body...
No more surgery cakes for birthdays, instead we celebrate birthdays with fruits and nuts ...and to our surprise children enjoyed eating all the fruits with much delight....it's up to us to introduce the healthy stuff... children take what we introduce them to....
This is a big and significant change peepul tree has introduced towards sugar-free celebrations especially birthdays...
