they will share their life’s Journey. STEPS team is dedicated to ensure that the child is educated and is
liberated, personally and spiritually. We understand that every child
learns differently and we ensure that the child, the teacher and the
parent are aware of this and help the child to become independent
Learner. At STEPS academics
will not interfere with learning but be the foundation for learning
and education. AT STEPS we believe besides the mother and Father, it is the teacher
who shapes ones destiny. We provide a warm, caring and affectionate
environment to ensure the child becomes an independent Learner. AT STEPS the teacher is the creator who plays an important part in
shaping the future of every child. As the teacher is the facilitator
the student’s life forever. We ensure the child explores this journey
with the teacher. AT STEPS Sincerity, Tolerance, Empathy, Punctuality and Social
awareness are not just terms but what our children understand and
practice in their day to day Life. Whether in School or at home or
while facing the outside world, our children will lead by example. AT STEPS the teachers will come with an attitude of learning,
Affection, knowledge, Uniqueness, creativity, confidence and Energy. The children learn more from observation and the teacher walks the
talk. The teachers will set an example of our vision
‘Share Your Care’ will ensure inclusiveness. The Parent Teachers
Association will help in key decision making and enriching the
classroom. The parents will share their experiences so as to create a
