As part of the celebrations under Vikash Saptah 2025, Mining Engineering Department, GEC Palanpur successfully organized an Elocution/Speech Competition on 8th October 2025. The event aimed to encourage students to express their views on developmental topics, enhance public speaking skills, and promote awareness about ongoing social and technological advancements.
Each participant delivered a speech on the theme “India’s Vision for Development – 2047”, showcasing insightful perspectives and innovative ideas for the future of the nation.

Students discussed positive feedbacks in front of faculties and students. A student Arshid Nazir (200610122002) performed as event coordinator in this function. Also students have delivered a lecture on given topic.
